Ingredients:
• 1 scoop of Vital Living Nitric Shock Pre-Workout Powder
• 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
• 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
• 1/2 medium avocado (for creaminess and healthy fats)
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added fiber and omega-3s)
• 1 cup coconut water (for hydration)
• 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (optional)
• A squeeze of fresh lime juice
• Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
